What a JUBILEE Night it was!
On October 11, 2025, members of the Club, doctoral students, and employees of the Faculty of Chemistry had the pleasure of preparing the 20th Researchers' Night at the Silesian University of Technology. There were plenty of attractions for both children and adults, ranging from a zone with braids, tattoos, and face painting to chemical bowling. There was also an exhibition of famous minerals and thematic stands on nanocarbon.
In addition to the publicly accessible stands, there were also workshops, which are very popular every year. There were reactions, making your own cosmetics, and a real lesson in potions straight from Hogwarts. We ended the whole Night with a spectacular light show.
We would like to thank the Science Popularization Center for another successful Night, which would not have been possible without the commitment of many people, to whom we bow low. A big thank you also goes to our Society Supervisor, PhD Anna Byczek-Wyrostek, for once again putting up with the “bigger” kids (students) 🙂
