As part of task No. 7 entitled ‘Strengthening partnerships between Joint Doctoral School (JDS) and Doctoral Schools abroad’, there is a possibility of financing the mobility of supervisors of doctoral candidates working on doctoral thesis in international cooperation under the cotutelle agreement formula. Funding is only available for new cotutelle agreements, i.e. agreements signed no earlier than January 2025.
The support provides 6 mobility grants, both for SUT and foreign supervisors (3 incoming visits and 3 outgoing trips), each lasting 5 days including travel.
The funding covers travel, accommodation and subsistence costs (per-diems).
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis starting on 1 September 2025 until funds are spent.
