Registration
Prospective participants are asked to fulfill registration form here and attach signed declaration form (please download template here) and submit by the deadline defined below (it is recommended to send application as soon as possible). Authors should receive a confirmation of successful submitting within a week after submitting the form. In case of no response from Organizers they should contact school coordinator (mariusz.stepien@polsl.pl).
Fees
The school is free of charges. Accepted participants will receive reimbursement of travel cost, accommodation and meals with the amount of 4080 PLN (ca. 850 EUR). Details and procedure of reimbursement will be send to participants together with an acceptance letter. For participants affiliated to universities - Eureca-Pro members – separate rules apply (reimbursement is calculated in a separate form).
Deadlines
Participants should follow the deadlines listed below:
Submission of application form: by May 7th, 2023
Confirmation of receiving: by May 10th, 2023
Confirmation of enrollment to the school: by May 16th, 2023
School dates: June 14th – 23rd, 2023
