Vaccination of the first dose of Pfizer/BioNTech at the Silesian University of Technology

In connection with the statement of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister on the organization of vaccination against COVID-19 in workplaces, we kindly inform you that the Silesian University of Technology has joined the vaccination program against Covid-19 for students and PhD students of our University and their family members, including young people aged 16+.

Due to the need to update the information on the number of people who declare their willingness to participate in vaccination at the Silesian University of Technology, students and PhD students who have already submitted declarations and other students and PhD students of our University who would also like to take advantage of this possibility are asked to send a confirmation / application indicating the preferred date and time to the address COVIDszczepienia@polsl.pl, not later than to 10 a.m. on 25th of May (Tuesday).

Vaccination will take place on the following dates:

• first dose: 4-6 June
• second dose: expected date 9-11 July

ATTENTION
Change of vaccination point address:
Vaccinations will be carried out at the Ice Rink Hall "Tafla" in Gliwice, 29 Akademicka St.

Once you have submitted your declaration, you will receive a message confirming the deadline.
