The aim of the project
The aim of the project is to develop the concept of an urban health path that uses:
● topography of the area of the center of Gliwice,
● details of buildings in urban space,
● elements of small architecture (monuments).
The path is used to perform physical exercises that activate the entire musculoskeletal system. It also includes an city game about the architecture of Gliwice and breathing exercises.
In addition to activating the musculoskeletal system, the aim of the project is to encourage people to leave their homes, integrate with friends while walking the route together, and get to know their city better.
