On 29 May, a delegation of ChSRS consisting of: Weronika Kołodziej, Julia Borda, Julia Targosz and Kacper Gall, together with dr hab. inż. , prof. PŚ Marcin Lemanowicz, visited the Municipal Premises No. 59 in Bytom. Five groups of curious and curious about the world of preschoolers had the opportunity to participate in workshops and demonstrations.
During the classes, children could independently test the effect of the "shaken blue", perform colorful, jumping bubbles, but the biggest attraction, in addition to the "magically" smoking and color-changing solutions, was the non-Newtonian liquid, which brought everyone the most fun.
Children also had the opportunity to get to know such experiences as Pythagoras Cup or Descartes Diver. The culmination of the workshop for each group was the creation of a volcano and the distribution of gifts - each group received keychains printed on a 3D printer symbolizing the name of their preschool group (owl, ladybug, etc. ). Keychains were made on the basis of drawings of one child from each participating group.
The children as well as the students who conducted the workshops were very pleased with them.
We are amazed at how much interest children have in learning at such a young age.
