We like to boast in front of you the achievements and trips of our colleagues! SKNCh members have attended three different conferences over the past few weeks. Students had the opportunity to present their research, connect with experts in their field and learn more about the latest trends in their fields.
The first conference, the 12th European Young Engineers Conference, was held in Warsaw on 15-17 April. It was attended by: Justyna Jakubska, Łukasz Jakubski, Mateusz Zygadło and Msc Eng. Paweł Grzybek. Each of the participants gave an presentation. In addition, of course, apart from the part full of knowledge and scientific discussions, the conference participants had the opportunity to visit the Neon Museum! The second conference, the 1st Warsaw Chemical Symposium “in PorbUWka”, was also held in Warsaw on 27-28 April. Agnieszka Kicińska and Łukasz Czapura presented their presentations. Jakub Ćwiertnia and Ryszard Siedlecki presented posters on the subject of carbon nanotube extraction. We would like to thank ProbUWka Student Scientific Circle for organizing a great conference!
The third conference was the Spring Meeting of the Young Section of the Polish Chemical Society, which this year took place on 1-5 May in Poronin. It was attended by Łukasz Czapura with an presentation and Natalia Staniek and Dominika Kluska, who presented posters from their own research. We can boast that Łukasz Czapura received the Audience Award for the best oral presentation.
The time of the SMPTChem Congress was a very fruitful time, both scientifically and socially. Numerous lectures were a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge and scientific interests. The attractions offered by the organizers were very fruitful in their free time. To sum up, we consider the SMPTChem Spring Convention to be successful, and the time spent on it fully utilized. - comment on Natalia and Dominica.
