On June 15, 2024, our delegation consisting of Agnieszka Kicińska, Hubert Knap, Mateusz Pilszko and Filip Wojtas went to represent Silesian University of Technology (including our Society) at the 27th Scientific Picnic of Polish Radio and Copernicus Science Centre. There was a lot of color, dry ice, gluten, traffic lights and caramel (not to eat! 🙂 ). You could talk to us about studying, about the activities of the Society, but what is interesting... A conversation was conducted with us, which was broadcast on Polish Radio, and for people who love home comforts, we could be seen live on TVP 3 Warszawa!!! This is a really great distinction for us!
It was an amazing experience for us. We are happy to have been able to co-create such a great event and thank the organizers (especially Mr Witek from CPN) for their help and kind words. In addition, we would like to thank our irreplaceable guardian of the Society, PhD Eng. Annie Byczek-Wyrostek for every attention, suggestion and help regarding the shows prepared by us on that day. As for the theme of the picnic, we all agree it was "unbelievable"! - commented by students.
