Phoenix I
Phoenix I is the first robotic platform developed by the Silesian Phoenix team. It combines innovative solutions with practical technology applications. The project is based on a proven tracked chassis enhanced with a robotic arm featuring 5 degrees of freedom, making it exceptionally versatile.
The platform debuted during the prestigious European Rover Challenge 2018, securing 19th place among 65 teams from 20 countries, a significant achievement on the international stage.
During the coronavirus pandemic in Phoenix, I found a new purpose: to serve as a robot disinfecting open spaces and urban architectural objects and contributing to increased public safety.
Currently, Phoenix I serves as a testing ground for young team members, providing them with opportunities to develop skills in design, electronics systems creation, and programming. It is an excellent tool for learning and testing new solutions in the spirit of innovation.
