The main goal of the POSTEN project is to develop and implement an innovative photovoltaic farm system based on a composite structure, along with an innovative single-cable energy distribution system, which will form the basis of distributed energy generation. The entire system will be designed for development in areas degraded by mining activities, wetlands, and reservoirs.
The project aims to achieve the following specific objectives:
- Developing a lightweight, modular, and environmentally resistant floating photovoltaic power plant structure;
- Utilizing the natural conditions of wetlands to cool photovoltaic panels, thereby increasing the efficiency of the photovoltaic installation;
- Developing a solar tracking system while enabling higher density of installed photovoltaic panels;
- Developing a reliable and environmentally resistant anchoring system for the floating power plant;
- Developing a lightweight and highly efficient SWET (Single Wire Energy Transmission) energy transmission system, equipped with an energy buffer;
- Developing an energy management system for the proposed solution and tasks related to optimal energy storage and transmission.
