Wszystkie międzynarodowe wyjazdy i przyjazdy wstrzymane do odwołania | International business trips as well as arrivals are being suspended until further notice

Zgodnie z Zarządzeniem Rektora Politechniki Śląskiej nr 45 z dnia 10 marca 2020 r. wstrzymuje się do odwołania międzynarodowe służbowe wyjazdy studentów, doktorantów i pracowników Politechniki Śląskiej oraz przyjazdy studentów, doktorantów i pracowników z zagranicy.

Decyzja o zawieszeniu wszystkich wyjazdów i przyjazdów została podjęta na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. – Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce (j.t. Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 85, z późn. zm.) oraz w związku z komunikatami Generalnego Inspektora Sanitarnego dotyczącymi zagrożenia epidemiologicznego związanego z ryzykiem rozprzestrzenienia się koronawirusa.

Pracownicy, studenci i doktoranci Politechniki Śląskiej powracający z wyjazdów powinni przez dwa kolejne tygodnie kontrolować swój stan zdrowia oraz wykonywać pracę lub naukę w domu. Wynikające z tego nieobecności na zajęciach lub w pracy zostaną usprawiedliwione.

pracownicy powinni zgłosić nieobecność kierownikowi jednostki/komórki organizacyjnej, który jest zobowiązany każdorazowo przesłać wiadomość e-mail do Działu Zasobów Osobowych.

Please be informed that pursuant to Resolution No 45/2020 of the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology of 10 March 2020, international business trips of students, doctoral students and employees of the Silesian University of Technology as well as arrivals of students, doctoral students and employees coming from abroad are being suspended until further notice.

Employees, students and doctoral students of the Silesian University of Technology returning from international trips from countries affected by epidemiological threats (current information is available on Chief Sanitary Inspectorate website) should monitor their health for two consecutive weeks and perform work or study from home.

Absence from classes or work resulting from the above will be excused.

We kindly ask you to carefully follow the messages on the website of the Silesian University of Technology, where any new and important organizational information will be published.

• In the case of reporting absence:
students and doctoral students should send an e-mail informing about their absence to the Studies Service Centre e-mail address: RD1@polsl.pl (tel. 32 237 17 58, 32 237 19 87, 32 237 11 90)
employees should report their absence to the head of the organizational unit, who is responsible for sending an e-mail to Human Resources Office each time.
