The European Economic Congress (EEC) in Katowice
Silesian University of Technology at the European Economic Congress in Katowice
The European Economic Congress (EEC) in Katowice is ahead of us. The event will take place from 23 to 25 April 2025 with the participation of the Silesian University of Technology. Our representatives will take part in expert panels and debates and will also present the latest technological achievements at the Silesian University of Technology stand.
Together for a safe future – this slogan will be the guiding principle of the 17th edition of the European Economic Congress, which will begin in a few days – on 23.04.2025 – at Spodek and the International Congress Centre in Katowice.
The main theme of the debates will be security in all its forms. Representatives from many industries will discuss it primarily in the context of a strong and stable European economy in times of economic and social unrest.
The European Economic Congress in Katowice will bring together outstanding experts from the business world, as well as representatives of international institutions and decision-makers who create global trends in business and politics. 1,200 panellists have already announced their participation in the event. Over 200 sessions have been planned, in which representatives of the Silesian University of Technology will also participate.

In addition to participating in the debates, representatives of the Silesian University of Technology will also be available at a dedicated stand, where they will present the latest inventions, including a Mars rover, drones and robotic dogs for special tasks, over coffee.
