A meeting entitled “Let’s talk about Polish science.”
The Rector of the Silesian University of Technology, Prof. Marek Pawełczyk invites all interested to a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Prof. Marek Gzik and Director of the National Centre for Research and Development prof Jerzy Małachowski.
This will be the first of a series of meetings with the minister and the director, which will take place in the coming months throughout Poland. The “Let’s talk about Polish science” meetings are aimed at getting the officials to be acquainted with the insights of the academic community on scientific policy and the functioning of institutions involved in supporting and financing science in Poland.
Students, PhD students, scientists, educators, and all employees of the University are invited to participate in the meetings.
The meeting will take place at the Centre for New Technologies of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, at 22B, Konarskiego Street on 24th of February 2025. Start at 14.00.
