The European Talent Fair will be the main event accompanying the ESOF conference. From the 13th of June 2024 in the International Conference Centre the inspiring discussions, seminars, workshops and presentations will take place, allowing the participants to learn about the diverse scientific career paths and develop the key competences of the future.

Why participate in the EU Talent Fair?

• we will talk about the non-obvious career paths: participants will discover the possibilities of personal development offered by work in research in the science sector and other sectors. They will also learn how to shape the scientific career path successfully.
• the initiative promotes unique knowledge and skills: over 40 activities offered by the EU Talent Fair have been prepared with the intention of developing the skills that are necessary to develop a professional career in science and in the job market.
• the EU Talent Fair is the opportunity to listen to the experts in science and higher education as well as to the business representatives: the participants will have the opportunity to establish contacts with inspiring experts from the world of science and business in Poland and other European countries.
• the Career Advice Zone: as a part of the event, specialists will provide advice on planning professional career paths and guidelines concerning recruitment processes. It will also be possible to take a photograph for the application documents.

Participation in the EU talent fair is free of charge. The event will be conducted in English.
