Climate and Environmental Change - Scientific Session as part of POB6
On January 17th, 2024, a scientific session will be held, organized as part of the POB6.1 subarea "Climate and environmental change and reduction of air pollution". During the meeting, dr Anna Cazenave and dr Thomas F. Stocker will present their papers.
In our rapidly changing world, the effects of climate change have reached a tipping point, affecting lives around the world. The consequences of these changes are evident in rising temperatures, melting glaciers and ice caps, rising sea levels and intensification of extreme weather events. All these issues will be discussed during the scientific session as part of POB6.
The meeting will take place on January 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Centre of New Technologies of the Silesian University of Technology at 22B Konarskiego Street in Gliwice.
