Thematic conference within POB4
We invite you to participate in an internal conference related to Priority Research Area 4: Smart Cities and Mobility of the Future (POB4).
Thematic scope of the conference:
V.2023: Development of means of road and off-road transport, autonomous transport systems, improvement of traffic safety, modern aircraft structures, new air navigation and railway traffic control systems, as well as means of transport safety systems.
VI.2023: ITS, public collective transport, shared systems, electromobility, changing the modal division of traffic, support for local authorities and entrepreneurs in the repair process (decision-making problems), integration of the flow of goods and people as well as information at the first and last mile stage, the impact of means of transport on the environment, development atmospheric pollution profiling systems and the use of Life Cycle Assessment as a tool for analysing the impact of smart urban solutions on the environment.
The conference will take place on June 14, 2023 using the Zoom communicator.
It will begin at 14:00.

The purpose of internal conferences is to integrate the academic community related to the POB4 area. It is also support in the construction of interdisciplinary research teams, which are so important as part of, for example, Horizon Europe.

We plan to organize further thematic conferences related to other sub-areas of POB4.
