Scientific seminar POB1 Computational oncology and personalized medicine
We would like to invite you to the scientific seminar POB1 Computational Oncology and Personalized Medicine, on 19.01.2022, 16:00-17:30. The meeting will be held in remote mode using the Zoom platform. During the seminar we will have the opportunity to listen to a lecture "Trustworthy radiomics", which will be delivered by Przemysław Biecek, PhD, prof. of PW & UW.
The year 2021 was marked by the discussion on the proposal to regulate the development of artificial intelligence in the European Union, referred to as the AI act. The leading topic of this document is Trustworthy AI, which is supposed to be an answer to numerous reports of insufficiently tested artificial intelligence solutions implemented on a mass scale and with mass consequences.
How can a developer of machine learning models improve the security of the models they build? During the paper I will talk about the explainability pyramid proposed in the Explanatory Model Analysis monograph (https://ema.drwhy.ai/), talk about the similarities and differences of explaining models for tabular and image data, and present the xLungs project.
