Dear Sirs,

We are honored to invite you to the press briefing dedicated to the results of the research on the prehistory of the Tarnogórska region, which includes the only objects inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in the Silesian Voivodship and places with great research potential, which reveal previously unknown pages of the history of industry in our region.

At the meeting with scientists we will present you with the results of the first stage of research conducted under a joint research project of the Silesian University of Technology and the Association of Tarnogórska Region Enthusiasts called Laboratory for Research and Analysis of Working Conditions of Industrial Occupations.

The research was co-financed thanks to the efforts of the International Centre for Interdisciplinary Research of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, which obtained PLN 1.5 million for this purpose from the DIALOG programme of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The presentation session of the DIALOG project and the opening of the exhibition will take place on Friday, 29 October at 10.00 a.m. in the Historical Silver Mine in Tarnowskie Góry, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, while the briefing for media representatives will begin at 10.30 a.m. Afterwards, we invite everyone to have a small snack in the Silver Mine Bistro Room, and at 11.30 a.m. to a scientific panel and discussion.
