EURECA-PRO Committee in URSD was made to support and promote PhD students' activity in the European consortium EURECA-PRO (European University on Responsible Consumption and Production). The main goal is to create space for Silesian University PhD students where they will be able to gain all possibilities that the project has – support for science research, self-development, and international cooperation.
The main goals of the committee are:
Promotion of events that are focused on PhD students, like summer courses, seminars, conferences, workshops, or mobility packets,
Support in the application process, e.g., help in preparing documents, sharing information, and contact with project coordinators,
Advocate PhD students' interests in the consortium to acquire the best possibilities for projects and development,
Achievements promotion of EURECA-PRO participants to build the status of our community on an international level
Thanks to our Committee, PhD students of Silesian University of Technology have better access to the possibilities that the EURECA-PRO consortium offers. With the committee, you can network with the best scientists and PhD students of other partner universities and also gain unique experiences, which will improve the quality of education and research at our university. The committee is an important part of the PhD students' community with broad possibilities on international, EURECA-PRO level.
